   No sadder words ever written! The definition of despair is the complete absence or loss of hope. You are not alone, we all feel this way at different points of our lives and so many at this time in History! It is easy to feel this way when the World has gone crazy ,so many of us feel  divided then add fear , loss of income and the Media overload of doom and gloom it is an easy trap to fall in and hard to crawl out of.
 I have been lucky enough when I reach this point my Faith kicks in and saves me. I am blessed.
    I know so many people have been tested what seems like every day for years and your Faith has been buried  or you have never experienced it before. Believe it or not there are people who care and want to help ..I happen to be one of them. Life is a journey and the hardest battle you will ever face is to crawl out of the black hole of hopelessness. The journey is much easier with help! Half the time there is so much sadness and pain  it is hard to see there are people just waiting to help ...the blindness gives a sense of  hopelessness and despair. My prayer for you is to see beyond the pain and except the help to get through this. There is no shame in asking for help in fact it may be the bravest thing you ever do in your life. Until you are ready to except help no one can help you.
 Until then you have to hang on if not for yourself then the people who love you. 
The pain and hopelessness play tricks on your mind tricking you into believing these feelings will will last forever.
  Remember , nothing is permanent ...everything changes...even feelings of hopelessness. I know you ,you are worthy , you are special ,you are beautiful. I am praying you feel peace,love ,light,health,happiness and healing to replace hopelessness with Hope and  Faith. I will always be here and so many others as well....

How to let a Crystal choose You?

It all comes down to energy ..each crystal has energy!

When you are at a fair or at a store the best thing to do is to take a Crystal in each hand,

  relax , take a nice Zen breath and feel... one should feel different. 

What you are looking for is maybe a pulse or a little tingle,warming quickly 

,a more soothing sensation...the energy of the crystal. 

That would be the Crystal choosing you!

 You may not feel it right away because it is new to you. 

 I tell people all the time ..don't think ...just feel!

 If there is a child present during my experiment,  

I will always give the crystal to them first.

Children and Animals are so open they will always feel it first! 

It is Adults that have the blocks..lol! If you don't feel it then aesthetically you choose.

 You will be amazed when you read the healing property of the crystal because

 it will correlate some with your life.

 That would be another way the Crystal is choosing you!

 Keep on trying one day you will feel it!

It is truly amazing the first time the Crystal chooses you!

 Tolerance ... the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with.
  It seems to me as if we have lost the ability to live and let live. Maybe it is my age but I was taught to respect other people’s opinions. I didn’t have to agree, as long as no one was hurt, we could agree to disagree.The art of debate is lost. I see families, friends and America torn apart over lack of tolerance which saddens my heart. . Tolerance only works if it happens on both sides. What are we teaching our children that our opinions are the only ones that matter. There is no room for a difference of opinion.
    America was created on different opinions... it is what makes America so special. What other Countries and People envy and  come here for freedom of thought. Different opinions are part of the American fabric , we are free to have our own opinions Without tolerance what would make us different from any other Country. I have no clue  how to solve this but sometimes we need to see the problem in order to fix it. I pray for families, friends and America that we can learn how to tolerate each other and embrace our differences enough to live and let live once again...

   I had decided not to share my personal story but this is too important to keep this private. I have been suffering from the winter blues and life .. No one is immune. Once I saw the Heinz Super Bowl commercial with the hot dogs I knew I had to share my message from Heaven. This commercial features the saddest love song I have ever heard, Without You. It all will make sense when you read my story below. This is so beautiful I must share it... I wrote ...the part below on 2/5/16 the Anniversary of my Moms passing...
I want to share a personal story with you to give you hope and peace . Today is my Mother's twenty-second Anniversary of her passing on 2/5/16. When her Mother passed in 1971 the saddest heart felt love song came out by Harry Nilsson called Without You. My Mother would cry and sob whenever that song came on over the loss of her Mother. Her heart was broken and full of grief. We would try to shelter her whenever we would hear the start to that haunting song we would turn it off to protect her. A week before My Mom passed Mariah Carey remade the haunting song. However , this beautiful haunting heart break song had the opposite effect on me. Whenever I am at my lowest points , I hear Without You wherever I am. It is shockingly amazing to this day when I need my Mom ...she sends me this heart wrenching love song as if she has her arms around me hugging me letting me know I am not alone... She will always be with me. If you listen to this Heinz commercial you will hear the beginning of this song Without You it is a message and a hug from Heaven at a time I very much needed her. What an amazing Woman and Mother I am truly blessed that God gave her to me. Thank you Mom ... I love you...always and always and forever....
Look for the signs your Angels are sending messages ,too. I hope this gives you some hope,peace and healing...

Set the truth free....

When we speak our truth it sets us free!

Be brave,embrace and speak the truth..

People may not want to hear it ..that is okay and

they may reject the truth and remain blind and in denial. That would be their lesson to learn how to open up, accept  and see it. Be kind and patient it is not easy to face the truth. In my opinion,it is to speak the truth  no matter the consequences. If you worry the consequences you may not be ready to embrace it. There is always the chance that the person on the other end is not ready to hear the truth and will shut you out. This is a chance we take when the truth is spoken.

 It is a risk that is real so be ready for it.It is important to remember the only one we can change is ourselves.   We can't force anyone to see and that is a lesson we must accept.

Be Brave ,Speak Your Truth ..Be Free....

  Blind Faith is believing in God when you are tested and struggling through life. It is easy to believe in God when things are going great. It is only normal to sometimes doubt our Faith when we are challenged. That is when our Faith needs to kick in and save us.

   I am writing from experience, I have faced many challenges in my life.  I have  Lupus, Fibromyalgia,Kidney disease and Neuropathy that with every step I take I hurt. I am not telling you this to feel sorry for me because these conditions have given me life' lessons I wouldn't have had without them. Empathy and compassion would be two of them. My latest challenge was my second car accident(not my fault by the way)

February 13th, during the blizzard I was picking up my Sister from work on my way there was a girl who was stuck in the snow and me and a guy helped push her out. Then I slowly continue to get my Sister when stopped at a light I was struck on my side of my van. I shouldn't have been there. If I hadn't stopped to help that girl in the snow I wouldn't have been there to get hit. My Faith was challenged. Why me ...why not someone who had no pain..I shouldn't have been there! I am thinking  ...have Faith have Faith.

When I realize where I was hit would have been the exact spot of a child in a car seat. If a car or van with a child in the back was hit they would have been badly injured if not worse. Okay, now I can except why this has happened to me .

It is normal to question our Faith ..life is hard and allot of times makes no sense at all.

Life without Faith  is to hard to burden alone...

Life with Faith ...we are never alone ...

                                   How to use God's white light to protect your energy...
   Visualize the most beautiful ,soothing ,healing white light you have ever seen bathing you with God's Love and protection from negative energy or harm. This takes practice but you will notice a difference. We all know the people around us who can bring us down with their negative toxic energy before you come in contact or even answer the phone visualize God's white light all around you like a shield protecting you from their toxic energy. The visualisation of mirrors around you along with God's white light  is also very helpful. The addition of the mirrors is helpful to reflect anything negative back to the person trying to give it to you. Eventually, the negative person won't feel comfortable around you because of God's white light and you will attract people from the light instead of the dark. It is very important to try and help people who live in the dark but not at our expense. If they can not embrace the light send them away( visually) with love and light but do not let them take your energy.
   Another example of how powerful God's white light can be...if you feel danger you can surround yourself with God's white light. I always surround myself with  God's white light when I am walking to my car alone  at night. You can also visualize white light for other people,your children,neighbors,loved ones who you don't see that you know are troubled and need protection.  When I see a homeless person walking down the street I send white light to give them healing and strength and love to surround and protect them. I also send God's white light to the Military,Police and Firefighters to protect them from harm.

   Embrace,share and spread love and light where ever you go ...the more we can change dark to light the better the world will be. A wish for God's white light to surround someone is just like a prayer. May love and light follow always and always and forever....
